-Newly renovated historic loft style apartment in East Downtown Houston, a great place to relax, work and explore the many options this great city has to offer
-This property is within close proximity of sports stadiums, museums, Houston Convention center, Restaurants, coffee shops and amazing nightlife
-Property is less than 3 miles from Downtown Houston and 5 Miles from the Houston Medical Center
-Property is 900'(5 min walk) to the Houston Metro rail Lockwood/Eastwood Station

This unit is an open floor plan loft style unit with a small kitchenette and full size refrigerator.
Other things to note
This unit is on a busy street (Lockwood), its busy during the day however quiets down at night, road noice can be heard in the unit as in most inner city locations, the back of the units where parking and apartment entrances are located is private and very quiet , front of unit is close to Lockwood, I just always want to be clear as I like to always ensure a five star review
