As you enter Cypress Sunshine, you are greeted with warm coastal vibes and an open concept floor plan with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The three guest bedrooms and guest bath are located near the front of the home, the first and second bedroom offering comfortable queen sized beds. The third guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, another twin bed with a twin trundle. The guest bath located near the three guest bedrooms offers a shower tub combo and spacious single vanity with granite countertops.

When you're ready to hit the beach, you'll discover miles of natural beauty just waiting to be explored. Whether you're casting a line for some shore fishing, strolling along the shoreline in search of seashells, splashing in the refreshing saltwater, or simply soaking up the sun, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Venture into nearby Port St. Joe for a taste of local life with charming shops, delicious restaurants, and convenient grocery stores. Stroll along Reid Avenue in downtown to experience the quaint shops and eateries. Make sure to visit the historical Lighthouse and the Sea Turtle Museum — we love our sea turtles!
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles. Boats and RVs are not allowed on the property. You must find other arrangements for storage outside of this community.
Pet policy: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately.
Golf cart: Option to rent the onsite 6 seater golf cart ($65/night plus tax).
Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.
Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.
Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.
Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.
Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested.
Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Our geoup of 3 adults with 2 children stayed and everyone had their own room (my wife and I shared the master bedroom). Really nice property in a quiet subdivision. We were visiting for a family gathering of my mother and her siblings that grew up in Apalachicola. Location was perfect.

We rented this house to be close to family across the street. The house was great. I think there was some confusion with the cleaning staff and the time zones. We arrived at our check in time and they were still cleaning and said they had an hour. I believe they were using central time.

The house was clean and spacious. It was just right for our family of 8.

Overall pleasant. The big pool with playground was being repaired 3 out of the 5 days we were there also the dishwasher broke and no one was able to fix it while we were there which took allot of extra time we had to spend at the sink. The kitchen also could be stocked a little more for convenience. Overall everything was pleasant.
