Bay Tree Condos A1314 is a tastefully decorated condo in Port Aransas. It offers two balconies overlooking the courtyard. The 2nd floor balcony offers a front row view to city fireworks! Featuring tile floors, stainless appliances, a comfy sofa and 4 flat screen TVs. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Boat slips are available on a first-come, first-served basis and accommodate boats up to 36 feet in length. Guests renting a slip will also receive priority parking in the designated boat trailer parking area.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- There is a spiral staircase connecting the first floor living area to the second floor bedrooms.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: for safety reasons spices or seasoning are not provided.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap are provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods: toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels, extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray.
