About this cottage rental
Flats Cottages unit A is unlike any other in all of Port A. Located right in the middle of the Flats and just a 2 minute walk to Bernie's, Trout Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Virginia's and the new Sip Yard. Such an amazing location! This 2 bedroom and 2 full bath cottage is a hidden gem. The open living room will have a queen size sleeper sofa. Located off the living room is a porch that stretches the length of the cottage, This is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action at the flats. There are two queen beds in each bedroom. This cottage will sleep a total of 8 people comfortably. This rental is a duplex.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.

Overall was good. Right in the heart of the night life. Unfortunately, there was a bad odor (inside) every time we opened the door. (Corporate tried to say it was the outside air )Not sure what it ever was. Housekeeping said they would spray. If they did it didn’t help. Other than that a nice place to stay for a group.

Every thing was great. I would have liked to had a refrigerator with an ice box. Also a can opener would have been a help. Over all it was a great location for a summer party vibe. The Sip Yard is right across the street. Which is good if you like music! It’s like being at a concert you didn’t have to pay come for.

For the price I was very disappointed. *Refrigerator-too small and did not wk* No oven- don’t plan meals, no way to cook them* Stove top- induction- instructions would be nice- too small for two pots. Threw 1/2 my food away because there was no way to cook it. * Location- good- but don’t plan on sleeping. Music from the Sip Yard, extremely loud. * Some kind of critter in the attic! Heard movement in the night. * Furniture needs updating- one chair in the LR has a bent piece of metal and scratched multiple of us drawing blood. If your a guy and young, probably and ok place to stay. But for a family of 6, not so much.
