We appreciated the spaciousness and the sunrise views, and also the kitchen was well appointed. However this rental house has seen some hard use. One part of the couch and several outdoor chairs were broken. We noticed some deferred maintenance, mostly cosmetic but some partly broken fixtures. I rounded up to 4 stars.

Wonderful spacious home. The house had plenty of space for our family to prepare for our daughter's wedding. We the views of the mountains and city. Owner was very responsive for questions. We would definitely stay here again with a large family.
