Cozy duplex for family vacations completely renovated, The River Hills HOME is very close to downtown, restaurants, bars, boat ramp and walking park overlooking the river, beaches, a few miles from Tarpon Spring Sponge Docks, located 20 mins from Fred Howard Park, if you want to kayak and Canoe the perfect place is Weeki Wachee, just 35 minutes from the house, clearwater beaches are for 42 mins, ahh if the passion is the parks we have Busch Gardens only 52 mins away. PETS ARE WELCOME!

The property was comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. Amenities were sufficient. Nicely decorated. However, the noise from the street was very loud because it's so close to the main street. Use earplugs at night. Also the walls seemed pretty thin because we heard kids next door (because it's a duplex) and we heard a dog barking in the next apartment. The neighborhood was safe, and I enjoyed walking for exercise on the side streets.

We liked the location except it is on a busy corner and cars and bikes stopping and starting was loud. But cute patio in back and very clean. Ice in bottom of freezer.

Host responded to questions quickly. Awesome touches around the house. I really appreciated the bottle of wine after a long day of travel. Great touch!!! The only down fall was the Saturday night traffic.
