The Palazzo, located in the heart of the town of Avigliano Umbro, dates back to the 13th century (it was part of the Castello di Avigliano U.) and is decorated with frescoes on the lower floors. The swimming pool, shared with the owners for the use of guests, is located in the countryside, on a family property 6 km from Avigliano Umbro.
The building is furnished with period furniture and was restored in 2022. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 to which a bed can be added from the armchair in the living room. It is not a house suitable for children as there are stairs without railings and pets are not allowed.
Avigliano Umbro is a typical town of the region and there are many sites to visit, both in the immediate vicinity (Todi, Narni, Amelia) and within an hour's journey by car (Assisi, Norcia, Perugia, Gubbio, Montefalco, Bevagna, Orvieto , Spoleto). Rome is 75 minutes away by car and can be easily reached by train from Narni-Amelia station.
The municipality of Avigliano Umbro does not impose a daily tourist tax.
