The home boasts two spacious, open-air decks designed for outdoor leisure, with a fully furnished sunroom also included for added comfort. A gas grill is equipped on the ground-floor patio and two outdoor showers are available to rinse off after trips to the beach, and there's an outdoor powder room/half-bath accessible right from the patio for added convenience. The private beach is just an easy half-block walk via a boardwalk over the dunes. Enjoy a friendly match or just work on your forehand and backhand serves on the on-site tennis court. Pickleball nets are also available! The Delaware Seashore - Fresh Pond trailhead is only three miles away. Golfers in the group will enjoy some fabulous nearby golf options, including The Salt Pond Golf Club and Bear Trap Dunes.
The spacious, open living room sets the scene for group gatherings, with features including a smart TV, a dry bar, and wraparound leather recliners. A separate sitting area offers a cozy spot for quiet reading. Leashed dogs are only allowed on the beach from Oct 1 - May 14.

A great house in a great location. I deducted a star because the house is slightly dated, but it's a lovely house in a gated community, with a less than two minute walk to the beach. We're signed up to go next year!

We loved the location of the house, in Bethany Dunes. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining room table held our family group of twelve people. If the water pressure had been good, I would have rated this house as a five.

The house is in a nice almost beachfront location and has plenty of bedrooms. The beds were also comfortable. The downsides were the WiFi was really bad so we couldn’t do work or stream tv shows well. The house hasn’t been updated that much which is fine but there should be more guides for how to turn on the lights and ceiling fans because it’s not intuitive. For the deck doors you need to turn the door handles upward to be able to get them to shut.
