Welcome to Whispering Hills! This beautiful two bedroom two-bathroom home is newly built with excellent craftmanship. Enjoy the expansive views, vaulted ceilings, huge open kitchen living and dining area with island bar for entertainment. The outdoor concrete terrace is oversized so you can enjoy the expansive views of the mountains and starry nights skies while spending time outside. The house sits on eight acres of hilled and open land well situated at the base of the peaks this is a great opportunity for photography and birdwatching. You will enjoy playing games in the dining area and watching movies and relaxing in the open living area; well stocked with games and movies. The kitchen island bar makes for great conversations and a good workspace for those working remotely. Each bedroom and bathroom are on opposite sides of the house, making it a perfect combination of privacy and gathering space. This great home is dog friendly so bring your furry friend and come out to explore!

Crestone Colorado is in the middle of the San Luis Valley. There is very limited public transportation in the area. We recommend Four Wheel Drive, or at least- All Wheel Drive if you are looking to come and stay during the Winter Season.

There are two small locally owned grocers, where you can find top of the line health food, vitamins and organic whole food. Enjoy dining in one of the locally owned cafes or restaurants and support the local artisans at one of the galleries or gift shops. We love our local thrift stores, so many hidden treasures can be found!

One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced through these apps. This was an insanely lovely piece of property with a very welcoming home. They had everything we needed and then some. Our pups absolutely loved the 8 acres the house sat on, got to run around and experience the area. We thoroughly enjoyed everything provided. Beautiful night skies to stargaze, a fully stocked kitchen for meals, and a very comfortable bed to sleep in. The host Erin was extremely responsive and welcoming and helped with any questions we had. We will definitely be returning!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Vrbo property, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience! Before we even arrived, the host made us feel welcomed and attended to our needs. The home itself was likely the cleanest rental we've ever stayed. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and then some! The thoughtful amenities really made our experience great. We felt right at home throughout our stay, making it difficult to leave!I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We chose this location due to this area having a Bortle 2 scale dark sky and the property for its spectacular views of the mountains and unobstructed skies for viewing with a telescope. It did not disappoint!
