About this villa rental

Functional, bright and pleasant 5 bedroom villa, well equipped and on the new square of the Quentovic district with its bars, shops and restaurants. 350m from the beach And two minutes walk from Rue Saint Jean.
A local farmers' market takes place in the square every Sunday morning. Parking near the house is quite easy but not free. You can park your vehicle for the weekend for free 5 minutes walk away.
From the house, everything can be easily done on foot, beach, shopping, market, restaurants, cinema, tennis...

Good to know: the house has suffered two water damages and still shows traces of it. The insurance file takes time, it is not yet possible for us to redo the paintings. The damage is only visual and will not alter the quality of your stay. We apologize in advance. Sheets and towels are to be rented from the concierge after your reservation in case you do not bring your own.
