This stylish, light-filled apartment is perfectly positioned in arguably one of the best located buildings in Sunshine Beach. Craiglea Lodge is located directly opposite Webb Park, just 50 metres to the surf club and patrolled beach, and footsteps to the vibrant village dining hub – showcasing glorious white water views, it offers the very pinnacle of desirable coastal living.
Across a single level it comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, well appointed kitchen with adjacent dining, elegant sunken lounge, expansive alfresco terrace to truly savour the outlook and soak up the gentle sea breezes. There are only four units in the complex that share the communal pool and the lush tropical gardens. So close to the beach and village, you will rarely need to use the car, nor will you have to walk far, the convenience is exceptional.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

We loved the short walk to the beach, local cafes and surf club. All very convenient. The property was nicely decorated and well equipped with kitchen items and Nespresso coffee machine. Having the laundry to wash swimmers and towels was appreciated.
