The generous lounge and dining area upstairs is air conditioned and opens to an ocean view balcony at the front and a rear balcony with Weber Q at the rear beside the kitchen.
A small games room sits at the bottom of the stairs and all three bedrooms adjoin this central area. The master bedroom has a deck overlooking the garden and a large ensuite with laundry facilities included.

Have been staying at Sunshine Beach in the summer holidays for well over a decade and amazed we have not discovered this property before. Fantastic. Faultless. Very happy. Highly recommend.

Good size unit with 3 bedrooms. Spacious living/kitchen/dining areas. More stairs than we expected from the online description which made it difficult for older family members. The unit is dated in some areas and would be so much more comfortable with a good up-date.
