It has a friendly neighborhood and includes a dock walking distance from the home. The kids can swim in shallow areas of off the dock. Kitchen and all other area on property were excellent. One thing, the outlet just above the trash can has loose connections. That causes higher electric bills and potential fire safety concerns. As an electrician, i replace all my sockets every 3 years, it does make a difference on electric bills.Loved the cottage! Will stay again in the future if possible. Rick

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful lake cottage! This was our 3rd annual family trip here and it was just as amazing as the 1st two times! We love hanging by the lake and swimming off the dock as well as cooking and making smores over the bonfire..we make a full day of the lake..thanks for the lake access which is only a short walk away! Cottage has all the amenities of home so this is our home away from home!

Everything was clean, better than we expected. The only concern was that was a little difficult to cook, I know there was limited space in the kitchen, I couldn't really use alot of the electric appliances. But did make do. If we ever came back, we would definitely stay here

A bit too many knic knacks which clutters the look. Internet went down shortly after arrival due to the strong winds, counter space was in short supply, found it difficult where to set my things. The beds were top notch, and we did get a very good nights rest.

This was my second stay at this cottage. I find it very relaxing and was able to sit on the large deck and get some sun even with the cooler temperatures. Very clean and well equipped with everything a person or a family would need. I highly recommend this cottage.

We LOVE this cottage and it is perfect for our family of 5, lovely lake decor all throughout cottage and just honestly feels like home away from home! Thank you for letting us come a couple hrs before check in so that we could enjoy the lake longer! Our family had a blast at the lake, we made a full day out of it, made a bonfire and roasted hot dogs over fire and made smores and was just in and out of the lake all day Sunday, we had a blast and made great memories together thanks to your beautiful cottage and lake access! Also leas than 10 mins away from Indiana Beach so we made a full.day of that as well! Thanks again

The Charlesworth cottage is simply amazing! Perfect for our family of 5 and we brought our frenchie and he even enjoyed his stay as well. Cottage has the cutest and most unique lake and beach decor and everything you could possibly need, extra bedding, towels, etc..loved how they had a garbage can in every room because well we do too at our house so as why i said home away from home! Loved the deck attached to th3 cottage and we enjoyed sitting out there as a family! Lake access and fire pit were wonderful and only a short distance away, perfect for swimming and also making smores and enjoying the fire! You all did not miss any details and our family will back many times! Also neighbors are very friendly! Thank you so much for a wonderful family getaway at your perfect lake cottage! PS..Bruno said thanks for letting him stay as well and also for letting him borrow your dog bowl!

Nothing planned, down time with my daughters. Games, water, puppy play and lots of food. Neighbors were great. Felt safe. House has it all. I would recommend. Do note, not directly on water. But not far walk to pier and fire pit. Great space for calm peace and prayer.

We fell in love with this cozy cabin right from the start. It was clean and decorated with love. There was a lake view from the spacious deck, with umbrella’s for shade. We enjoyed the fire pit and pier immensely. The details of the cabin truly showed the owners caring manner to make guests feel special. What a blessing! Thank you. We plan to return to this travel treasure.
