Stayed at “Arrive” in downtown Wilmington thinking I was going to a micro condo or something -after all isnt that what VRBO is all about? A whole experience and not just a room? This is a hotel pimped out on VRBO- wee bit disappointing but- it is lovely. Room was well appointed and comfortable- great courtyard and gazebo bar. People were wonderfully friendly but had I realized it was a hotel- I would have moved on past this listing. I don’t search on VRBO for a room. Worked out but be aware

The comfort of home - great linens. Soft and fluffy towels. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Perfect place to stay while visiting Historic Downtown Wilmington. Our pup had a wonderful time too!
