Clean. Staff was great. Room was comfortable modern. Liked the look. Just some tiny issues with the trim broken under the door but was very trivial. could barely see it unless you made an effort to look.

Location, availability and the staff at the front desk Ms. Elizabeth and the staff at the continental breakfast. The room was excellent.
