As you enter the cottage, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room that features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of cabinet space. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, providing comfortable sleeping quarters for up to six people. The bathroom has been tastefully designed with modern fixtures and finishes, and features a walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage for your use. In addition, the home includes a cozy front porch area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening adult beverage. Situated in a desirable location, just 13 miles south to the beautiful white-sand beaches of South Walton, this cottage is conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well.That said, the stay was impacted by a crew of painters working on the property during our time there. The noise and activity were pretty disruptive at times, especially in the mornings, and it made it harder to fully relax and enjoy the space. It would’ve been helpful to know about this in advance.Despite that, the home itself was great, and we’d definitely consider coming back in the future—ideally when all the work is done.
