The location is the best quality of the rental. You can walk to beach etc. The kitchen could use some new dishes etc, mismatched, chipped and scratched pots and pans. No trash liners or dish towels. Frig door full of old condiments. Low ceilings and very small bathroom, especially sink. I appreciated smart TV. Clean. Overall, ok for short stay.
