decor and renovations were great and we were able to easily walk to town and beach!
need a ceiling fan in the TV room but everything else was spot on!

The location
The toilet seat was broken and walking on the floor turned my feet black. There was no dish soap or sponge to wash dishes. The kitchen light had no bulb.
