Even better, Surf Crest 101 allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays! You can stay Sunday - Thursday, Thursday - Sunday or weekly stays arriving Sunday or Thursday!
As you enter Surf Crest 101, you will just love the Colors of Sand and Sea that surround you - peace and serenity at its finest. With beachy floors reminiscent of a stroll on our famous OC Boardwalk, you can almost smell the Fisher’s Popcorn. Memories of those childhood trips to Ocean City come flooding back.

excellent location, super convenient and parking a huge plus for the area, super easy access and cant express how much the location is perfect.dated bed might be too soft those who prefer a more stiff mattress.

Had a wonderful location! Close to boardwalk and inlet. Great for a couple or couple with small kid. We also had our pup with us and she was extremely comfortable, Very clean and renovated. My only complaint is the couch was not comfy. Other than that 10/10! I would highly recommend!

I want to start by saying we would have loved the condo if only one couple went and only had one vehicle. The location was amazing and close to EVERYTHING. The issues we had were with the listing on two different sites, the lack of a bedroom, the lack of an extra parking space and the barriers put up. We booked through VRBO and we had 2 couples. The VRBO listing said 2 bedroom and gated parking. It was non refundable by the time the management company sent us the site with the full property information and codes to get in. On that site it lists it as 1 bedroom and only 1 parking space for that condo in an under the unit gated parking area with assigned spaces. For over $4,000, it was not worth the money for a 1 bedroom. The other couple had no privacy sleeping on a double pull out couch in the "living room" which was just an extension of the kitchen and had the thinnest, most uncomfortable sliver of a mattress pad. Parking was an absolute nightmare, because there was no parking on the surrounding streets due to Oceans Calling music festival and the entire street where the parking entrance is was blocked off by police every day. We had to ask them repeatedly to remove barricades and police vehicles, so we could get back to the condo to park. The other fouple had to park 20 minites awa and pay for public parking for the 5 days. Parking everywhere was $100/day.
