About this villa rental
Beautiful Provençal villa between land and sea, on a wooded plot, on the outskirts of the village in a residential area. Tourist residence classification: 4 stars

We acquired this villa 5 years ago and have renovated it inside and out, so in very good condition and very functional. It has many assets and in particular a universe terraces/swimming pool/summer kitchen/garden/remarkable view; quiet and very well located.
Ideal location in the heart of the Var, 6 minutes from the crossroads of the A8 and A57 motorways, less than an hour from the airports of Nice and Marseille and 20 minutes from the TGV station of Les Arcs sur Argens.
45 minutes from the famous lake of Ste Croix and the Gorges du Verdon, our beautiful beaches of Ste Maxime, Croix Valmer, Ramatuelle or Hyères and the unmissable village of St Tropez
Close to many cellars of the Côte de Provence to taste our local wines and typical villages with their markets: Lorgues, Salernes, Vidauban...., as well as other villages of character in the Var.
Many shops less than 10 minutes away and a wide variety of restaurants.
You can also enjoy the hiking trails and visit the Cistercian Abbey of Le Thoronet.

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location. The villa had everything we needed for our family holiday.The air conditioning in the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, and in the adjoining annex bedroom, was very welcome and effective, especially with the outside temperature in the high thirties. Our children said the ceiling fans in the other three bedrooms also worked well. We had very good communication with the owner before our stay with prompt and helpful replies, and a lot of additional information about the villa and surrounding area were provided beforehand. We also had very good communication and assistance from Maria who looked after the villa while we were there. Le Thoronet village was about a 20 minute walk away (more with young children) and there was also good access to the A8 for travelling up and down the Riviera.
