Helpful staff, cosy beds, nice breakfast

Bathroom was not very comfortable: too narrow bathtube and very hard access to WC at the bottom of bathroom.

It was a nice hotel, nice room and near to beach.

Parking and beach chairs, is not a really nice story for us, as we only stayed one night (last minute decision to drive to Italy) we arrived after 14:00 as expected. I was expecting at least to be able to leave the car in parking until 13:00 next day or so and also the chairs at the beach (we had a place further than the hotel as our car is big, we did understand that this is the case). Not as we expected. They told us we can stay on chairs only until 11:00 but we have to move the car. I did asked why as the new guests would come as we did after 14:00. They said they have other customers already there ... Like was my fault that they were earllier ,if we would know we could have come earlier and have parking and chairs we would have. So, we end up going to a different beach as we searched for a parking place quite a lot that Sunday. So I felt a bit weird about the nonsense rules.

Relaxing time in Caolre.

Very good location in 2nd line from the sea, great swimming pool with sunbeds available all the time, dedicated spot just for you at the beach :-) Very clean and all details covered, friendly staff, always available, fast reaction on solving temporary issues (air condition was not working one day and got repaired immediately) Reach and tasty breakfast. We feel welcomed there. Thank you for hospitality and gift at the end!

There is only one thing for improvement- we missed a coffee table with chairs in apartment, would be good to have it also in the room (instead of desk which was not useful).

Excellent hotel in close proximity to the beach and good restaurants

Stayed for 6 nights with my family and had the most amazing time! Good selection of food at breakfast (both sweet and savoury options). Attentive staff. Excellent location (2 minutes from the beach, variety of good restaurants nearby). The swimming pool was very good and my 7 year old daughter enjoyed it a lot! Everything runs very well in Caorle, making it a great destinations for families. I would definitely return to Hotel Universal!

- The shower wasn't big enough, is too small for a regular person to fit into it. And this is not advertised anywhere or pictured. - Balcony is very small compared with other hotels, no table just 2 small chairs are barely fitting in.

The hotel is close to beach, not far from the historical city center, a big hypermarket and a very nice aquapark. The hotel has a nice pool, billiards and provides a place at the beach nearby.

very friendly and welcoming staff. rooms daily cleaned. very close to the beach, with reserved sunbeds and parasol with locker. desinfection everywhere. very nice pool. strong and fast wifi. tasty breakfast and dinner.

parking not only in the hotel, but also about 200 m away, on reserved outdoor parking places. only 1 hour for the dinner. the furniture needs renewal.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, für jeden etwas dabei! Die Lage perfekt, alles zu füß erreichbar! Das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Putzfrauen leisten perfekte Arbeit, die Zimmer waren immer blitzeblank!!! Der Pool sehr sauber und warm! Ein sehr nettes Hotel!

Toller Urlaub im Hotel Universal

Die Lage des Hotels etwas ausserhalb vom Ortszentrum, die Nähe zum Strand, die Ausstattung und natürlich das überaus freundliche Personal war für mich/uns das was einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub ausmacht. Unsere 5-jährige Enkeltochter war entzückt, dass wir unseren Gratisstrandplatz (Schirm & 2 Liegen) in der 1. Reihe hatten. Für Kinder und Erwachsene einfach toll.

Con mio marito abbiamo trascorso le vacanze a Caorle nella prima settimana di settembre e soggiornato in formula B&B nell'Hotel Universal situato a due passi dal mare. È un hotel a conduzione familiare, dotato di piscina e parcheggio. Sia la proprietaria, molto cordiale, che lo staff sono stati tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo trovato gli ambienti in ordine e sempre ben tenuti, la camera pulita e spaziosa, un piccolo balcone e un bagno dotato di vasca. La sala da pranzo luminosa e impreziosita da splendidi lampadari di vetro di Murano. La colazione varia e abbondante e il personale disponibile.

L'unica pecca è il bagno dotato solo di vasca e per chi ha problemi di mobilità purtroppo non è adatto.

La posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia. La piscina pulita e molto bella. La pulizia giornaliera delle stanze. L'abbondanza e varietà del buffet della colazione. La qualità del cibo e la possibilità di scegliere ogni sera tra 4 primi, 4 secondi e 4 dolci per la cena. La terrazza spaziosa della camera. La dotazione del climatizzatore e del frigobar. La qualità degli asciugamani in dotazione

Il bagno aveva una vasca adattata a doccia, non molto comoda. La presenza di barriere architettoniche.

Posto dov'è situato ottimo, spiaggia grande e servita.

La cena di scarsa qualità, piatti da mensa, solo la colazione a buffet è stata positiva, la cena oltre ad aver trovato un capello nei cannelloni è sempre stata di bassa qualità.

Szuper, választékos reggeli, folyamatosan töltik ha valami elfogy. Nagyon jó, hogy van bicikli amivel könnyen elérhető a belváros bár gyalog sincs messze. A medence mérete az egyik legnagyobb a környéken lévő szállásokéhoz képest. Már negyedszer jöttünk vissza😊

Wie immer wieder einmalig

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vorallem die Vielfalt und Auswahl. Süße Mehlspeisen gab es reichlich und das das Service sehr nett, kaum war etwas zu wenig am Buffet wurde schon nachgereicht. Die Lage wie immer am besten, außerhalb aber nicht zu weit und vorallem die Ruhe ist das was wir lieben.

Familienhotel. Strandnah - die Zimmer sind schon etwas altmodisch.

Das Hotel ist perfekt in der 2. Reihe gelegen. Es hat einen großen Pool und man ist sehr schnell am Strand. Die Reinigungsdame war sehr sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Stockbetten im 4er Zimmer schon etwas älter....

Veramente una bella vacanza rilassante e piacevole

Ho apprezzato moltissimo da parte dello staff per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità in ogni occasione. In particolare della proprietaria ,mi sono sentito davvero il benvenuto e la Sua attenzione ai dettagli ha reso la mia vacanza ancora più piacevole e rilassante. Spero di avere l'opportunità di tornare in futuro e non mancherò di consigliare la Sua struttura a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno accogliente e premuroso. La ringrazio ancora di cuore per tutto.
