Welcome to your private slice of paradise on northern Ambergris Caye, Belize! This 3-bedroom beachfront villa features a sparkling private pool, your own stretch of sandy beach along the northern coast of Ambergris Caye, and a private pier perfect for sunrises, starry nights, swimming, snorkeling or boat pickups. With open-concept living, ocean views, and just a short 20-30 minute scenic golf cart ride to San Pedro, it's the ideal escape for families and friends looking to unwind in Belize.

Located in one of the most peaceful and scenic areas of Ambergris Caye, the villa sits along the island’s pristine northern coastline—just far enough from town to feel private, yet close enough for easy access to San Pedro.
This quiet, upscale stretch of beach is dotted with boutique resorts, private homes, and a handful of laid-back bars and restaurants you can explore by foot, bike, golf cart or boat. It’s the perfect spot for snorkeling, paddleboarding, or simply soaking up the sun without the crowds.
Here, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: tranquil beachfront living with the option to dip into the vibrant culture and nightlife of San Pedro whenever you choose.
Guests will have access to the entire property - private pool, balcony, rooftop terrace, dock, beach, electricity, running water, AC, BBQ, ceiling fans, laundry and a fire pit. Additionally, guests are free to use our kayaks/paddle boards located at our dock.
The villa features a spacious open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining, and comfortable lounging areas — all with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the Belize Barrier Reef. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with air conditioning, quality linens, and en-suite bathrooms for your comfort.
Step outside to your private pool, just steps from the soft sand and your own dedicated pier — perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, or pick-up by boat for snorkeling, diving, or fishing excursions.
Modern, serene, and surrounded by nature, this beachfront haven offers the perfect balance of luxury and tranquility.
You have a few options to transfer from the Belize City Int'l Airport to San Pedro:
AIR - You can hop on a 15 minute flight to Ambergris Caye via TropicAir.
(Which I can reserve for you as we are TropicAir booking agents)
A round trip flight is approximately US$173.25/person. One Way is US$98.75/person. I would require arrival/departure time as well as the first/last names of all those traveling to reserve your tickets. This is the best way to travel to San Pedro in our experience.
PUBLIC FERRY - Total travel time of approx 2hrs. Take a land taxi from BZE International Airport to the Belize Express ferry terminal (30-40 minutes, $35 for 2px, $5 each additional person) and hop on the ferry from Belize City to San Pedro. ($60, 1.5 hrs)
Private Water Taxi -
- Pick up & Drop off at the Belize International Airport.
- Enjoy an ice cold beer as you step into the boat.
- Refreshing cold towels provided upon arrival to keep you fresh.
- Drop off directly at your villas' pier.
- ($150/person RT)
The plane is 15 minutes travel time, the public water taxi is a total of 2+ hours travel, and the Private Water taxi is approx. 1.5 hours travel.
From your Villa, San Pedro may be reached by boat (approx. 10–15 minutes) golf cart (approx. 25-30 minutes) or taxi ( 15-20 minutes).
The oceanfront villa is located on the tranquil blue coast of Ambergris Caye and is accessible by golf cart, taxi, or by boat. We can help arrange transfers or boat rentals if needed.

Casa Aura Maria was a great house, my family enjoyed the house, pool, and casita. Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool was great, and the property was well maintained.
The Good
- Clean, well stocked house. It had plenty of plates, cups, silverware, coffee pot, knives, cutting boards, pots, etc. that you need.
- Marilyn the property manager is awesome! She was in constant communication with us before and during our trip she was also really helpful. She booked us a snorkeling trip that came and picked us up right from the house pier!
- The View is beautiful. It’s quiet and serene, with a gorgeous ocean and can see the waves breaking on the reef off in the distance.
- The pool is clean, well maintained, and a great size for all of us to enjoy.
- There is a fun sitting area on the roof. It has outdoor seating and solar lights, great for an evening cocktail and to watch the stars.
- The detached casita was great for the grandparents to have a quiet place to get away from the kids when they needed some down time 😂
The Bad
- This place is FAR from town - 8.1 miles and the road is terribly beat up from the constant flow of dump trucks hauling sand all over the Caye. I read somewhere it was 30 minutes to town, but no - it is 60 minutes by golf cart given the pothole filled, super bumpy ride. Be prepared for a long haul to town (which we did almost daily)
- The mosquitos are TERRIBLE! Wet season brings them out and they were like piranha!
