The Space:
Our home is very cozy, spacious, and well equipped with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay in Fredericksburg, such as: fully stocked kitchen, a living room, and bedrooms with more than enough space to accommodate up to 8 people. Our home also has a backyard, garage, and a driveway. Make sure to explore Main Street and all the best wineries in Texas Hill Country.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all spaces except for 1-2 closets, firepit and the left garage.

- Unauthorized parties and events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- Please ensure to return the garage remote before check out. A lost garage remote will result in a $50 replacement fee.
- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife.
- If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.

- Pets are not allowed.
Fire and Safety Precautions:
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
Hot Tub Rules:
- Hot tub should be used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times.
- No glass or food is allowed around the hot tub area.
- Please place the covers back on the hot tub after each use.
- Please keep the fence gates closed at all times for water safety.
- For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the hot tub.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Great location with a quick walk to Main St in Fredericksburg! The host was very responsive in communicating the final steps before our stay and everything was straightforward! The bedding was super soft and the house was spacious.

This was our second stay at this location, and we were once again 100% pleased with all elements. The home is spotless, very welcoming with a large living room and plenty of comfortable seating for our group of seven adults. The beds are very comfortable as well. The neighborhood is very quiet with beautiful trees and within easy walking distance to main street attractions, dining, and shopping. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We look forward to returning for our next family weekend in Fredericksburg!
