Welcome to Beach House Venice, a bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home in South Venice designed for easy coastal living. This inviting retreat is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing stay close to the area’s beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, parks, restaurants, and local attractions.
Spend your days lounging by the screened-in pool, enjoying meals at home, or heading out for a day of sunshine and shoreline adventures. Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key are just a short 5–10 minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy swimming, shelling, shark tooth hunting, sunset walks, and relaxed beach days.
The screened lanai and private pool area offer a peaceful place to unwind between outings, with outdoor dining and seating for enjoying meals, coffee, or quiet time outside. Start your morning with coffee in the lanai, cool off with an afternoon swim, or settle in for a relaxing evening after exploring Venice and the surrounding area.
Inside, the home features an easy, comfortable layout with a welcoming living area, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen with the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay. This home was lovely, comfortable, and super clean. The pool was beautiful and made for a great view from the kitchen table. If you like to cook, you will find all of the cookware and utensils you could need -- the LG appliances are upscale and easy to use. The location is close to Shamrock Park where you can have long daily walks or ride your bikes. Michelle was an extraordinary hostess and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this lovely home again.

Very nice, clean and updated house, in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated being able to walk to nature preserves/areas. Except for one minor item, the house had everything I needed. I especially enjoyed a powerful blender for my daily smoothies and a good coffee maker. The backyard was very nice, but it was too cool outside to use the pool.There were a few minor issues. At times, the water pressure wasn’t very good. I couldn’t find a 12 inch skillet, which made cooking a bit of a chore. I found the master bathroom shower floor to be rather slippery and w/o a grab bar, and I usually don’t need a bar. Nevertheless, I would certainly stay at this house again.

The house was nice, clean, and recently updated. The kitchen and master bathroom were the most updated. The pictures were accurate. We enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, easy to navigate, and to walk around. The kitchen was well equipped and making breakfast each day was easy. We would stay in this rental house again in the future. The host was responsive and expectations were straight forward. The locking system, HVAC, lighting, etc. were all up to date and easy to use.
