Welcome to this brand new apartment at Benalmadena Pueblo with a wonderful view and luxurious facilities such as Pool, Gym, Sauna and private parking in the garage.
Here you come looking for a luxurious apartment in a quiet location close to golf, nature and as a starting point for fun adventures and activities with the family. Nearby are the popular butterfly house, the beautiful Buddhist monument "Stupa" and the historic Castillo de Colomares which is a castle dedicated to the life and adventures of Christopher Columbus.
The nearest beach is about 6 minutes away by car, as is the port of Puerto Marina.
When you step into the apartment, you are immediately greeted by the beautiful sea view and the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is located directly to the right and is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster breakfast bar and much more. Further in, you have a dining table with space for 4 and a comfortable sofa in front of the large Smart TV.
When you come out on the terrace you have a nice lounge group, dining area for 4, sun loungers and a Weber grill as well as a fantastic view of the pool area, Benalmadena and the Mediterranean.
Further into the apartment you have the Master bedroom with a large double bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and its own exit to the terrace.
The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with central A / C, WIFI, Smart TV, washing machine and dishwasher, private parking and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
