距離車站稍遠一點， 但還能接受的位置。 冰箱的味道有點重。

1）以三宮站附近而言，價格實惠。
2）基礎設備齊全，提供完整的設備操作說明（熱水器、洗衣機...等）。
3）網路電視，可登入Youtube, Netflix...等。
1）距離三宮站走路至少15分鐘，其實不近，且需經過大型路口（省道），推大件行李者較為不便。
2）我的房間位在二樓，無電梯、樓梯轉彎處狹小，如有大件行李或嬰兒車，上下樓需小心。
3）室內收納嚴重不足，沒有衣櫥、沒有玄關櫃、沒有移動推車，衣服跟物品無處可放，只能堆在沙發或地上。
4）房屋保溫較差，即使打開暖氣，但寒氣仍會從較薄的牆壁、玻璃、陽台推門滲入。
5）洗衣機在室外陽台，冬季是冰水洗衣，洗完衣服也是冰的。
6）陽台曬衣空間幾乎為零，浴室又沒有乾燥功能，只能依靠暖氣烘乾。
7）浴室跟廁所是合在一起的，且空間狹小。
8）強烈建議增加收納空間。將掛衣桿位置改為衣櫥，裝置層板；在浴室門口提供移動推車，放置毛巾及衣物。
9）冬季衣物厚重難彎身，建議提供穿鞋凳。
