The room was not properly cleaned. A dead fly I found there was still in the room days later. Surfaces were dusty.

Room space and the separation of bathrooms and toilet since it’s a shared space.
There is a kitchen area but not sink. Bathroom and bedroom cleanliness were not often maintained
