Fabulous location! Close to Taipei Main Station, metro, good shopping and a great night market while still very quiet. Proactive and clear communication. VERY comfy bed (I checked the tags on the pillows because I loved them and need to buy some) and great shower. I also really loved all the plants in the room - made it feel very personal and inviting.

I totally understand that some old buildings have pipes that can’t accommodate toilet paper. But if I need to put it in a trash can, it would be really nice to have a bidet on the toilet.

- friendly staff and really responsive on messages - spacious room - got the washing machine within the room - close to supermarket and convenience stores and Ningxia night market

- the bed was way too softtttt, seriously the body completely sunk into the mattress and couldn't feel any support - the reception hours were really weird, it was available from 10am -4pm but check in time from 3pm which there was only an hour available for manual check-in otherwise would need to do self check in - the drying function on the washing machine wasn't that great (clothes weren't dried completely) but that is a common problem with this type of combined washing and drying machine

Everything was great

Smells good, spacious, good aesthetics and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was quite warm and we had to turn the aircon down to 20 degrees (we usually have it at 25-26 degrees). The shower door also opened in an awkward way.
