Just great! Planning to go back very soon! Grateful to the owner. Would very highly recommend.

Location perfect for us. We're archaeologists, and were doing a dig nearby. The owner was super-heloful and friendly and the cottage was just right for our needs. Perfect location, and the fact that it was easy to heat meant a lot as we were cold and wet at the end of each day! Had we stayed longer we'd have explored the fabulous countryside around.

Only teeny niggles: minor issues with slow-filling loo cistern, with dishwasher and with fridge door - but these weren't big problems, are easy to fix, and the terrific value for money, comfort, warmth and overall positive vibe far outweighed them. An excellent cottage!

Very clean house, with extremely comfy beds. The house is in a great location with a fabulous view. Great garden for the kids and lovely restaurants and coffee shop just next door. The house was cosy and a cupboard full of board games, and a play park in walking distance.

Highly recommend!!!

To start, Ballintoy is a gem, only to be topped by our host, Alan. He provided such point-on suggestions and was so responsive! (I probably wouldn’t have needed to ask any questions if I read his clear, succinct info.🙄). He had chilled Guinness, wine and cheese waiting for us, which we enjoyed on the patio looking out to farmland and the North Atlantic. We would love to return one day and highly recommend! 👍👍☘️💕

I loved the location and the charm of the cottage and its comforts and will definitely book again

The location is perfect as we love Ballintoy. The house is comfortable and had everything we need, including lots of homely extras like tea and coffee, toilet rolls etc If you are tall you might need to stoop to get into the bedrooms but its all part of the charm. The garden has everything you would need for a group to barbeque or enjoy al fresco dining and drinks. A charming place.

I can't fault it other than to say the garden hedges should be trimmed as they block the sea view which was a real shame and one of the reasons I booked.

A comfortable and relaxing cottage in an ideal location with great service

Such a great cottage. We had everything we needed and a little bit more. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to relax inside and out and great communication between the host and our party. Definitely recommend.

Great couple of days on Antrim’s north coast.

Well equipped. Lots of space including nice garden. Convenient to eat out - 2 pubs with good food within 50 yards. Carrick-a-Reed in walking distance and Giant’s Causeway a few miles away. Spectacular coastline. This is a really good place to stay.

The situation of the cottage. Easy walk to Carrick a rede ropebridge if fit and able. Beautiful views from back garden. Quiet location but 2 pubs near for meals.

We are just back from a weekend trip and I have to say the house did not disappoint. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable and the WiFi is excellent. There is so much to do in the surrounding area you will definitely not be bored. We ate at the Fullerton Arms restaurant facing the house which was beautiful and value for money. We will definitely be booking again.
