Location perfect for us. We're archaeologists, and were doing a dig nearby. The owner was super-heloful and friendly and the cottage was just right for our needs. Perfect location, and the fact that it was easy to heat meant a lot as we were cold and wet at the end of each day! Had we stayed longer we'd have explored the fabulous countryside around.
Only teeny niggles: minor issues with slow-filling loo cistern, with dishwasher and with fridge door - but these weren't big problems, are easy to fix, and the terrific value for money, comfort, warmth and overall positive vibe far outweighed them. An excellent cottage!
