Casa en Paseo Los Nietos Zona Arenal

A fabulous, traditional little house equipped with all the comforts right on the beach promenade, where you could put the table and eat, play, and chat. The house itself is old, it seems to be constantly cared for and renovated, which is not an easy thing in the humid environment. The kitchen has all the tools and necessities, including coffee capsules, a dishwasher, a chopper, a hand blender, and a paella pot. The bedrooms are comfortable, with only a fan, but the common areas are equipped with heating and cooling options. There are two toilets and one hot and one cold shower, so it is a comfortable accommodation for 6 people. There are lots of entertainment options, board games, water equipment, deck chairs, beach chairs, darts, books, we loved it! Our hosts are very nice and helpful, they even gave us a small welcome gift. The village itself is a very small, quiet, peaceful place, where the whole family was very warmly welcomed. There is a small SPAR, where you can buy everything, and 3 small restaurants, where you can get divine tapas. Our favorite was the Asociacion de vecinos se los nietos, formerly known as La Pescaderia. And the Halloween decoration was simply fantastic!

The beach of Mar Menor was closed, but the kids really enjoyed but the children still really enjoyed collecting shells, sandcastles, and observing jellyfish and snails.

Estancia muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario para no tener que preocuparse de nada. Juan Antonio, el anfitrión, es una persona muy amable. En pleno paseo marítimo, sitio muy tranquilo, playa perfecta para niños y personas mayores.

Excelente ubicación, la casa super cómoda grande tiene de todo…sillas, sombrillas, juegos de mesa la mejor casa donde me he quedado la recomiendo al 100%
