Sehr nette Menschen, schlichte preiswerte Unterkunft, sehr authentisch. Fußläufig zur Stadt. Sehr gefallen hat mir bei den Temperaturen, dass das Zimmer eine Klimaanlage hatte.

De locatie is prachtig. Er zit een erg goed restaurantje bij de accommodatie. Kruiden en een deel van de groentes komen uit eigen tuin. Zelfs de wijn en raki wordt door opa zelf gemaakt, terwijl oma in de keuken staat. Dochter en kleindochter zijn gastvrouw. Een echt familiebedrijfje.
De locatie is prachtig, maar bijna niet toegankelijk voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Dit geldt overigens voor het gehele oude centrum van Gjirokaster.

The hosting family was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The property is a short walk to the castle, the bazar and other attractions near the old town. The family also owns an amazing restaurant right next to the property which serves authentic Albanian food. The included breakfast in the morning is also delicious/filling. I highly recommend staying here!
