    The location is excellent with great walkability and nice view. It is near the metro stations. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, enhancing overall experience.

    I will be very honest and I'm unfortunately not happy with my stay. Pros — very close to attractions, close to train stations, restaurants, konbini, cheap, clean, has a common space for resting i had a quick look, it looks fun but I did not have time to stay around Cons — I've been staying at a lot of hostels but this is the first time I'm seeing NO towels provided - only upon rental, which i can't rent cause I wasn't able to see the receptionist during my check in time (I had to self check in). I don't get it why do I have to remove the bedsheets, pillowsheet & blanket on my own after checking out and put it at the reception, even if you're understaff, this is so wrong. There is no basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, shaver (i stayed at plenty hostel, this is the first time). Again this hostel is not dirty but I'm shocked at the service given this is Tokyo Japan. I also encountered 2 ladies at night, they seem to be on night shift cleaning the garbage from all floors bringing to lobby. So unprofessional to make noise at late night while doing their job and even accidentally my sisters leg with the huge garbage bin. My honest opinion, I wouldn't come back.
