Immaculate Private Family Cottage with Hot Spring

客廳及廚房相當舒適，浴室還有溫泉可以泡

一樓房間沒有空調，二樓的和室房應該再加強

The facilities and the quality of the onsen.

Everything seems to be fine with me.

Excellent location for visiting Oirase. Private Onsen.

No sugar and creamer for coffee, otherwise, excellent!

1. The beds were very comfortable. 2. The place was pretty spacious. 3. The place was very clean.

1. First stay at which we arrive and there are no small water bottles. We had to leave house again and drive 20mins just to buy water. 2. No reply to my question about basic kitchen things like salt, soy sauce, pepper, sugar, etc. When we arrived we discovered only salt was there so we had to go and buy the rest. 3. The bath/hot spring felt a bit claustrophobic bcz all the tiles were black, but i guess that is a preference thing. 4. First hotel/stay in Japan where the toilet seat did not have water to wash after using it. It was pretty uncomfortable to remember and carry water bottles yo the toilet to wash our private parts after every use. The Japanese toilet seat is literally one of the best things about japan and this accommodation did not have it. As a side note, we do a lot of driving all over Japan so we have our fair share of experience with cottages, hotels, and Ryokans. This one lacked in a few senses if we consider how expensive it was.
