Below expectations and not what the photos or description suggests

New build and clean.

Forced ventilation of the apartment is noisy and cannot be properly switched off. The apartment is very warm even when outside temperatures are below 20C. The flat only has a window front to the main road (noise and car exhausts) and all bedrooms are without windows.

We had a great stay at this property. The place is big enough for even six adults to stay.

It is a great location, Swiss border and Liechtenstein border are very close. There is a good supermarket neraby and a public bus stop right outside the apartment. Some restaurants are also nearby. All basic amenities are available in this property. Very spacious and added advantage it has two designated car parking. We would recommend this property for stay. It is very easy to communicate with Ibo.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und werden uns jetzt nicht an Kleinigkeiten festhalten.Es sollte aber mal behoben werd

Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Straße, jedoch stört der Verkehr nicht wirklich. 2 Parkplätze kann man nutzen, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, einen großen Esstisch für 6 Personen, 3 Schlafzimmer mit genügend Stauraum für Sachen und eine separates WC. Im Badezimmer befindet sich neben einer Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner zudem ein Wäscheständer. Natürlich kann man duschen und eventuell mit Staubsauger die Wohnung reinigen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht!

Leider muss ich hier auch etwas schreiben! Die Duschtür lässt sich nicht richtig schließen und steht dauerhaft offen. Falls eventuell zu viel Müll anfallen sollte, haben wir allerdings nicht herausgefunden, wie man ihn entsorgen kann. Die Beschreibung ist zwar sehr gut, jedoch stimmt sie nicht überein. Der Schlüsselkasten ließ sich nicht öffnen! 🤷‍♂️

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben alles vorgefunden was angesagt war. Es gab genügend Platz und alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Direkt vor dem Haus ist Parkplatz.

Erholsame, abwechslungsreiche Tage in der Natur und o

Gute Raumaufteilung der Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, auch in die Nachbarländer. Feldkirch selbst ist sehr sehenswert. Diverse Angebote an unterschiedlichsten Restaurants. Ebenso Discounter im Ort, aber auch fußläufig ist ein umfangreich ausgestatteter Lebensmittelmarkt erreichbar. Alles in allem erholsame Tage 😊

Wir kommen wieder.

Das Apartment hatte alles was man brauchte für ein paar Tage. Es war neu, sauber und gemütlich und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist Grenznah. Wir waren in 15 Minuten bei unseren Freunden in Lichtenstein und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Unsere Vermieterin Marie stand uns per WhatsApp zur Verfügung und war für alle Fragen offen.

Modern en schoon appartement op mooie locatie

Super schoon en modern appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelfs een wamachine. De ligging is geweldig. De grens tussen Liechtenstein is vlakbij. En ook in Zwitserland ben je zo. Eigen parkeerplaats op enkele meters. De communicatie met de gastvrouw/heer was zeer prettig. Snelle reacties op appjes, vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Dit appartement is echt een aanrader!

Perfecte centrale ligging voor uitstapjes naar Oostenrijk, Duitsland, Liechtenstein en Zwitserland.

Bij aankomst bleek er een probleem te zijn met het ventilatiesysteem maar na hiervan melding gemaakt te hebben heeft Marie dit perfect opgevolgd en kwam dezelfde dag nog een technieker langs. Net en modern appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt, er is zelfs een wasmachine/droger in de badkamer wat zeer handig is.

Alles wie erwartet, super Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis!

Schöne Wohnung zu einem super Preis! In der Küche war alles vorhanden, sogar Kaffeepads. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fast vor der Haustüre.

Das Geräusch der Lüftung hat mich nicht gestört, aber meine Kinder fanden es etwas nervend! Die Schlafzimmer hatten keine Fenster, aber für 2-3 Nächte nicht so dramatisch!
