Rooms beachfront 50 meters

The host was very responsive and nice, greeted us at the complex (Lumpini Beach Park) when we arrived. The complex is an apartment building with amazing pool, sunbeds, garden, showers. The pool is about 30m long and the water was very warm (the water is a bit rusty ans colors whites into orange!). Our son was constantly in the water. The pool also has different depths, so kids can be in the shallow water. We loved the pool the most. The complex is located just across the street from the sea. The beach is very wide and sand only, not too big waves so great for kids. Although there is no dry sand to lay your towels on, it is still great to go to from the complex. There is a 7/11 right next to the complex, so we got everything we needed from there. The apartment itself is quite small, but as a family of 3, we did not need more. Kitchen was good and the shower as well. Air conditionibg worked well. A small balcony to dry clothes on. The complex also has a washing and a drying machine- 40 baht per batch. A great massage parlour was close by! We liked the stay a lot and would recommend any time!

Only some smaller details. The mattress in the bed was really hard, our hands/hips were numb half way through the night. Our kid slept on the sofa and there was no pillow or blanket there. There were only 2 towels for the 3 of us and it said that there will be separate ones for the pool, but there weren't any. The complex had street food around it but most of the restaurants were a taxi drive or a longer walk away.

Beautiful grounds and pool, the property was nice

As a self contained condo it was cozy, could have supplied a bath mat and at least one hand towel and cleaning sponge and a warmer duvet and extra pillow, the price was a little high in respect of this

Er was geen ontbijt. Maar dat zal ik in Thailand ook nooit nemen in een hotel langs de weg heb je zoveel van die heerlijke lokale tentjes. Cha-am is ook niet overspoeld door westerse toeristen.

Die ganze Anlage mìt der Bepflanzung und der Vegetation

Das der Pool sehr ungepflegt ist. Wasserqualität schlecht, ganz grün mit Stechkäfern drin und Algen. Jede Menge Fliesen fehlen im großen Pool. Die Fliesen sind nicht verfugt. Dadurch sind die Fliesenkanten scharfkantig und man kann sich die Füße verletzen. Die Wohnung ist schlecht ausgestattet und sehr klein. Sie eignet sich nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die ganze Beschreibung für die Wohnung ist nicht korrekt. Es fehlen viele Dinge die in der Beschreibung aufgeführt sind. Z.Bsp. die Waschmaschine. Es gibt zwar in der Anlage eine Waschmaschine, allerdings für ca.200 Wohnungen nur die eine. Die Besitzerin/Besitzer der Wohnung ist sehr unfreundlich und nicht kooperativ. Man weiß garnicht wer es ist. Kein Name. Er oder sie hat uns aufgefordert mit der Einrichtung pfleglich umzugehen. Die Handtücher waren nicht sauber gewaschen ebenso die Bettwäsche mit häßlichen Flecken drin. Die Vorhänge sind sicher noch nie gewaschen worden, alles fleckig. Auf dem Balkon stank es fürchterlich nach Taubensch..... von dem Absatz am Balkon. Der lag Kot dort Centimeter dick. Sehr schön anzuschauen. Was auch sehr störend war das an jedem Wochenende in den umliegenden Wohnungen Touristen aus Bangkok für 1 oder 2 Tag kamen und jede Menge Dreck und Unrat hinterließen. Abgesehen von dem Krach. Das Schlafzimmer ist so eng das man sich ständig an den Betten stößt und überall blaue Flecken hat. Die Krönung waren die Betten. Das waren mit Abstand die schlechtesten Betten die ich in ganz Asien erlebt habe. Sie waren dermaßen hart das ich mir jeden Tag gewünscht hätte un seren 4Monatigen Urlaub woanders verbracht zu haben .
