It had all required facilities, swimming pool was clean and very nicely appointed.
There was some noise from traffic but not enough to be off putting.

Very nice house with all comforts and the best pillows on the bed in Thailand (not the usual soft flat pillows). One house can easily sleep six persons. Terrace right in front of the beautiful swimming pool. Just a few minutes away from the beach.
Lovely host.
One minor thing: the kitchen furniture was not 100% clean (stains on kitchen cabinets).

Only 2 minutes walk to the beach with a lot of great places to eat nearby. Staffs was very nice and the house was super
clean and quiet.
