Luxury City-Loft, just 9 minutes walk to the Beach

good location with a lot of amenities and food in the facility, owner spend time to explain to us abt electricity charges, I think it is fair to pay what u use as they have Jacuzzi and Aircon, so decide whether u wanna to pay electricity before u book. very nice facility and comfortable, good for big group.

only spent one night, would wanna to stay longer in the this property :)

It was a 2 storey townhouse with 3 BR ( not 4 ) located in local area.The house is extremely clean and comfort. Many cheap and good food, grocery store within 50 m range. Bedroom and bathroom are also excellent. Kitchen and living room is fully equipped. Air con , fan, lighting, 65 " tv in living room plus Karaoke. Booking's address may a bit hard to find better use the location from owner.

Very clean and recently refurbished house.

It is a nice location, with a market and 7/11 nearby. Also the beds are good and very clean place.

We rented this place a few times because it is a good house. But when communicating with them, they give short aswers and it seems unfriendly sometimes. The last booking we made, I tried to help them by booking personal with them, but they were unfriendly back. There first excuse was that we had to pay a higher price because the price listed was a mistake. I understood, but after a day I still see the same price listed so I booked online. The booking was accepted and after a few hours cancelled. This time the excuse was they don't want to accept guests due to Covid. Straight after that I see the listing is online again, for the same low price! This time the excuse was that we are too dirty.. well now it was getting funny for me because they were clearly trying to find any excuse to cancel me. That we are too dirty is straightout a lie and a sorry excuse as we always make sure to clean the place as much as we can before leaving eventhough they charge a cleaningfee. We already stayed there 3 times haha. It seems they don't want us as customers anymore. And the only thing I did was trying to help them. So I recommend this place, but I expect the owners started of very ambitious with good customer service, but after a few bad experiences with bad customers they have become more wary and unfriendly. Its too bad. Edit (reply): We clean all the garbage, we clean the whole kitchen, we clean the bathrooms, only thing you have to do is to clean the floors and put everything straight and you complain about us being too dirty? What a joke! Listen this is the truth; You aksed me to book with you directly because you wanted to avoid the extra fees that Booking or Airbnb charge you. I called you personally to help you out! And instead of thanking me you become rude to me because I called you out on a pricemistake YOU made on the website, why? And now you are coming up with all these excuses. Just tell the truth; you lost your temper my friend. That is not good..
