Decent budget private room (in someone's flat) for a budget price in a good location.

The host was very nice, he accommodated our requests and even provided us with a kettle. But he would not overstep as well. The location is great - there is a direct suburban train and tram to Milano. The area is safe, there are a lot of grocery shops nearby and a great pizza place. The feeling is interesting, this is not a typical Airbnb but rather someone's refurbished room. There are personal souvenirs, pictures and religious pictures ( which I don't mind).

This is a budget accommodation for a fair price but with minor work it can be so much better. The walls are more exploited than in the photos and need repainting. All of the appliances and sockets worked but some of them need proper electrical work, they are fixed with a tape. All of the wardrobes were locked ( I assume with someone's personal belongings). It would be nice if at least one wardrobe would be available for guests Overall I'm content, for this price it is hard to find a bed in a dormitory. This place is great for just sleeping while you spend your day in Milano and need to travel on a budget.

A disappointing stay due to poor hygiene and maintenance — we had to leave after just one night.

The property was right in center of city . The guy was there in apartment to help when required.

The property was quite disappointing in terms of cleanliness and overall upkeep. Upon arrival, it was untidy, with visible stains throughout the apartment. The bedsheet was worn, and no pillow covers were provided, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The space felt neglected and failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness. We decided to leave after just one night. I would strongly recommend spending a bit more for a cleaner and more reliable hotel. Edit - The house owner claim of me being a private agent is misleading. I’m sharing my experience so future guests can be aware—don’t be lured by the low price. Spending just €10–20 more can get you a far cleaner and more reliable place. The story the host shared about their family and needing to wash clothes is completely fake and no truth :D. Just imagine how far the owner is willing to go to mislead guests—it's unsettling and should be a serious warning for anyone considering staying here.

Nice stay

Henry was really nice and made a late check-in possible. Everything was clean and the stay could be enjoyed.

The location is a bit far away from the city. But Henry tells you how to get there, so it was very easy. :)

We enjoyed our stay in Milan, even made more wonderful by the nice hospitality of our host.

I like the location as it's well connected to shops, a Lime parking, and other public transportation stations, e.g. trains and subway. I like the hospitality of the host. He gave us a big sparkling wine, a bag of chips, and a "happy new year" letter. He was also very accommodating to our surprise needs like adjoining the beds and having extra mugs. For the price, it's alright.

I didn't enjoy that the water from the shower was super slow. Our showers took almost an hour. We had to be creative in taking showers, e.g. fetching water from the sink. The room also smelled weird so, I would suggest more air fresheners and scents. Sometimes, the room beside us would be loud.

Buen precio.. Pero muy baja calidad.

La cama con manta electrica, es lo único que te mantiene calentito en el invierno.

En general todo. El olor, las instalaciones, el baño. Lo peor de todo es que el olor es muy fuerte, algo que no nos gustó nada. Y el señor ponía musica muy alta por las madrugadas, más vale que llevéis tapones para oídos.

Son emplacement par rapport a la ligne de tramway, et la sympathie de l’hôte

Le logement était vraiment sale (limite insalubre), et la literie inconfortable. L’odeur était très désagréable, les murs moisis et la douche aussi, il faisait froid, très sale en règle général.

prix à hauteur des prestations, pour budget limité, très court séjour, clients très peu exigeants

- accueil aimable - chambre silencieuse, on n'entend pas les voisins -matelas corrects -arrêt de 2 trams à proximité immédiate

- la vétusté des installations (le système électrique nous a semblé bien inquiétant) et le manque de propreté (sol, huisseries...) -aucun espace de rangement, si ce n'est 2 mini-étagères et 4 patères au mur - équipement minimal : il faudrait au minimum une bouilloire électrique et des taies pour les oreillers -long temps de trajet en tram pour rejoindre le centre ville (entre autres le duomo) , de l'ordre de 45 minutes, dompte-tenu de la circulation très dense et de nombreux feux jalonnant le parcours

Vue sympathique sur la fontaine. Un ventilateur et de nombreuses prises à disposition. On peut venir et partir librement, Henry est très gentil

La propreté reste à désirer: les murs et plafond ont moultes tâches, ainsi que sur les taies d'oreiller. Prévoir son propre shampooing et serviette. La salle de bain est petite et très ancien ancienne, peu pratique à utiliser.

Cena oraz bardzo miły pan, całkiem blisko do przystanku, no jak widać na zdjęciach pokój w starszym stylu tak jak i łóżka ale jest czysto i ma niepowtarzalną dusz

Leggendo le recensioni abbiamo deciso di soggiornare qui per 2 notti ,ma purtroppo non siamo riusciti stare neanche per 10 min. C'è troppa puzza di chiuso, di muffa e i muri sono inguardabili,per non dire com'era il bagno. Purtroppo il proprietario ( che abita nella stanza accanto) non mi ha saputo dire nulla quando ho richiesto il rimborso di almeno 1 notte. mi ha detto che mi farà sapere...dopo 1 mese ancora non si è fatto sentire
