The area around it.
Roaches were in the kitchen and after reporting it they quickly sent someone to spray. The Parking was terrible. Too small for 4 cars. The area in front of the apartment was dirty. The trash can was full when we got there after reporting it, it stayed full the whole time. More attention has to be given to the outside presentation . Very Nasty.

Great location. Easy to walk to the midtown area.
The entrance to the shower in one of the bedrooms is very slim.
It was a bit difficult to cool off the upstairs portion of the house.

There wasn't any keys, used a code to gain access each time, which was perfect
There wasn't a shelf inside the master shower to store body soap, shampoo, had to place everything on the floor. However, loved the double shower, with multiple spikets, it was gorgeous. There's a large rug in master suite that is slippery when you walk on it too...just a slight hazard.
