Atlanta Luxury Rentals is the exclusive provider of luxury accommodations at Ponce City Market.
This light and bright three bedroom, two bathroom unit is Ponce City Market's largest floor plan and can accommodate up to six visitors. The most striking characteristic you notice when you enter the unit is the steel frame window wall that reveals the skyline of the town and the vibrant market energy below.
The open floor plan idea makes the unit ideal for entertainment, and the appealing L-shaped Italian leather sofa is a display piece and gathering location for a film night with friends and family or a lazy evening alone and away from it all.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own distinct aesthetic vibe but offer equal
comfort and privacy with its plush mattresses (one king, two queen) and high
thread count linens. The master bedroom offers sprawling city views and an en
suite bathroom with a large glass shower, and the second bathroom features a
tub and shower combo and plenty of storage.
Each unit at Ponce City Market includes a washer and dryer and access to secure
parking. The 80-year old building was a southeast hub
for Sears Roebuck & Co.; every flat includes freshly sealed-and-stained concrete
floors, original windows and a unique design that highlights the best of modern
living with historical appeal.
By living in this community, you'll be connected to the best neighborhoods,
offices, retail, and cultural scenery in the city. Literally steps from your door you'll
find dozens of restaurants featuring cuisines from around the world, craft cocktail

PARKING: $19 daily secured garage parking
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to stay with Atlanta Luxury Rentals.
RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

To enhance your visit, each property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device. This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds. Didn't receive the check-in process until later than expected. I couldn't read the PDF and trying to navigate with traffic was not fun. property team response to text was fast. booking and gathering information about the booking was not as efficient.

We had an amazing time. The apartment was spacious and the rental management was very communicative. Ponce City Market and the Beltline are very fun. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing in that you had shopping and food at your fingertips, yoga studios, gyms, the beltline which is a walking trail that takes you to the park and it’s centrally located to everything fun to do in Atlanta. However, even though management was available to help through text and by phone the directions provided on where to park, where to leave keys after checking out, etc. were definitely confusing if you’re not familiar with the property. I recommend management include more detailed directions in their packet. The guy that walked me through the property tried to show me the parking garage from the window in the condo, but it wasn’t visible and his directions were very fast and confusing so I didn’t know how to tell my husband where to park. We ended up in the wrong lot and had to go back and move the car. We were provided a picture of the mailroom where the key fob Dropbox was located, but it didn’t match the mailroom in our building so we were very confused as to where to leave keys…once you iron out those details I think future guests will have a more seamless check in/check out process. Otherwise the place was perfect and exactly as pictured and you cannot beat this location in Atlanta.
