The Little Library

Great location and a beautiful building with lovely gardens (which were a surprise for us). The flat was warm in cold weather and was generally well equipped with everything we needed. The flat is spacious and well lit, with a balcony, that I imagine in good weather can be used for having breakfast. The books all around the house give it a feeling of a well loved and cared for apartment, that is actually lived in sometimes.

I would say the only challenging thing was the size of the bed - it's too small for 2 people, the mattress is soft and one can feel, that it has been used by someone sleeping in the middle, so if 2 people try to share it, eventually one of them ends up in the middle, not leaving any room for the second person. I would go even as far as to say this was not a double bed, but more suitable for a spacious single bed. The second thing that I would like to mention is that it was not clear for me when booking this apartment that the security deposit is £500 and one needs to pay extra to make sure that one is not charged for "smaller" incidents. I believe this should be made very clear ahead of time when people are booking.
