Lokacija dobra, blizu svih restorana uvece. Obezbedjena parking garaza, ali nikako za velike automobile. Dobro je sto svaka soba ima svoje kupatilo. Peskiri cisti.
Definitivno je stan bio spreman za renoviranje jos pre 20 -30 godina. Jako retro. Nazalost , zato i ne izgleda cisto . Losa higijena stana, ali i namestaj , kuhinja ,kupatilo , masine sve je bas staro. Lose plocice , pod , terasa. Inace u ovom objektu je samo hol recepcija renovirano i nista vise. Bazen los. Bila sam u Majamiju u daleko boljim stanovima.
