ONE100 apartments

Perfektní lokalita, kousek u ubytování zastávka autobusu. Městská pláž nebyla nic moc, ale díky autobusu nebo Boltu, se člověk dostal kamkoliv. Pokoje naprosto dokonalé a výhled na “planinu” měl každé ráno neskutečné kouzlo. Člověk se v tomto ubytování cítí jako doma 😊 Výtah byl velkým přínosem.

Nenašla jsem nic, co by se mi nelíbilo.

What you see in the pictures is what you can expect in the apartment. It is well equipped, clean and the host is very responsive.

On the day of checkout at 9.30am the cleaning crew barged into the apartment while we were still there, even though it was clearly communicated that we would be leaving at 10am. I of course understand that mistakes can happen, nevertheless it was still unsettling to have random people come into the apartment, when you aren’t expecting them. The other thing is that we found it very odd that we were only given 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom. When host was contacted, we were given the explanation that it is a self-catering apartment. I mean of course the apartment is self-catering, that is the whole point of renting an apartment and not a hotel. However, having stayed at tens and tens booking apartments all around the world, this is the first time I ever encountered not having more than 1 roll of toilet paper. Even in an apartment there are certain expectations - that there will at minimum be dish soap and toilet paper. (There was dishsoap). If self-catering in the host’s eyes means that you have to provide those things for yourself then why even give any toilet paper at all. Of course this wasn’t a major issue in any sense, but just worth mentioning that it was very odd. Other than that the stay was very pleasant and the AC worked very well.

Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig und das Wasser ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Besitzer waren zudem sehr nett und haben uns sofort geholfen, als wir Unterstützung brauchten. Die Besitzerin hat uns bei der Ankunft viele hilfreiche Tipps zu den Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung gegeben.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles sehr gut 👍🏼 Allerdings hatten fast alle Zimmer keine schöne Aussicht, da man nur auf Wände blickt. Einzig das Wohnzimmer bot einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen und Promenade, wo viele Restaurants sind. Zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ebenfalls in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Wohnung ist groß, insgesamt modern und im Verhältnis zu vielen anderen Gebäuden auf Malta neuwertiger. Die Klimaanlagen in den verschiedenen Zimmern sind leicht zu bedienen, sind wirkungsvoll und funktionieren einwandfrei. Drei vollwertige Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Zutritt über Codes. Balkon zur Straße, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank. Schlafzimmer hinten liegend, dadurch ruhig! Parken kostenlos an der Straße möglich.

Die gesamte Wohnung wirkt sehr steril und ist nur zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Keine Bilder, keine Farben, keine Deko, einfach alles weiß. Das Doppelbett quietscht und knarrt bei jeder Bewegung, wenn man sich umdreht. Die Beleuchtung ist überwiegend kaltweiß und damit ungemütlich. Das Inventar hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, ich fand es etwas abgewohnt. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig, es ist nur das Nötigste vorhanden. Besteck und Gläser sind eher zusammengewürfelt und uneinheitlich. Wenn man Essen gehen will, ist es OK, wenn man kochen will, eher nicht.
