Le concept est Génial. Pour ceux qui apprecient le style moderne c'est un lieux qui plaira a coup sûr !
La qualité des finitions dans certains endroits. Les fauteuils qui se convertissent en lit une place sont assez inconfortable, malgrés le sur-matelas.

La grandeur du bien est un plus. Le bien est très bien entretenu. La salle de bain est spacieuse.
L'entrée de l'immeuble est un désastre avec fuite de tout à l'égout et odeurs de restaurants pas terrible. Les bruits de casseroles et de vaisselle du restaurant qui se trouve côte à côte du logement.
