The location was superb... right on the banks of a tidal river where we could watch the bald eagles and cormorants and herons fishing. It was idyllic and so quiet. The breakfast made by Daphne was also great, served with the other guests for a bit of banter and discussion on what to see. She was a really excellent host and the place felt like a home from home...
The only small issue was that the bed creaked, but it was supremely comfortable and we sleep really well... not a major problem!

Location was breathtaking, breakfast was homemade and delicious. Homeowners were so welcoming and kind. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well! In the morning I woke to an eagle just outside my window, really cool sight. I felt very lucky to have stayed here, it was a really beautiful place to rest.

It was very quiet all night long. We saw bald eagles feeding in the stream across the street while sitting on the veranda. The hosts Des and Daphne were wonderful, and breakfast was delicious.
