We stopped here overnight on a cycling tour of Normandy and were given a warm welcome by Jacqueline, who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Le Colombier is a remarkable place in a special location hidden away at the top of the hill above Caudebec en Caux. A tranquil escape from the crowds.
Challenging to find with a steep climb at the end of a long day of cycling but Jacqueline was wonderful in giving us a lift back into town and recommending an excellent place for dinner!

Quietness and the spaciousness. Friendly host. Birdsongs are unmatched. And there are plenty of things to see & do.
We could use a bit more tools in the kitchen, but that is being fixed.
