It was very comfortable and it was nice to have the full apartment and be able to stretch out have a kitchen, etc. It was the ideal location for visiting our family.
The instructions for how to get the key didn't get sent timely so I had to call the number and the person I spoke to was clearly irritated that I had called, and even said I should have sent a written message. Also, it wasn't clear what floor the place was on so I initially when to the ground floor and then the second floor of the building, including dragging my suitcase all the way up and then back down before we realized it was the basement. There was a washer, but no dryer and the drying racks were full with other people's things the entire time we were there so I wasn't able to do any laundry.

Comfortable property, in a good location for us. Requested an additional pillow and it was provided same day.
A bit expensive considering the basement access and general setup of the property.
No window blinds had us waking up early as soon as the sun was up
