Die Innenstadt und auch der Bahnhof ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die Gegend ist halt nicht so prickelnd. Dadurch das die Bahnlinie direkt daran vorbei führt hört man die Züge schon recht gut. Ebenso hört man die Menschen in der Wohnung oben drüber, wenn sie Duschen oder die Klospülung verwenden.
