Fantastisk beliggenhed og meget familievenlig lejlighed. Dejligt kvarter med gratis gadeparkering og tæt på alting. Uovertruffen vært som var behjælpelig med alt og lynhurtig til at svare på henvendelser - helt i særklasse💪 De varmeste anbefalinger herfra.

Nära till allt vi önskade. Värden, Daniele och hans syster, va fantastiska att hjälpa oss med de funderingar vi hade och även ge oss många tips för Viareggio och resor utanför som till Pisa och Florens.

Der Vermieter Danielle war sehr nett und hilfsbereit , hat unter der Woche nachgefragt wie es uns geht und uns eine grosse Portion Glace gebracht. Wenn es ein Problem gab, hat er dies umgehend gelöst. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, ist aber zentral und mit dem Velo ist man schnell im Park oder am Strand. Es war sauber und für eine Woche Ferien genug richtig.
Eine Klimaanlage würde die Wohnung sicher aufwerten. Einige Sachen (Küche, Sofa) waren sehr alt und zum Teil unbrauchbar und könnten ersetzt werden. Ich habe dies Danielle rückgemeldet.

Die Vermieter waren unglaublich gastfreundlich. Man konnte sie jederzeit erreichen und jedes noch so kleine Problem wurde sofort behoben. Wir haben auch Informationen zu Ausflügen bekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und es war alles da. Küchenutensilien, Duschgel, ausreichend Handtücher. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, aber das Zentrum von Viareggio und der Strand sind in ca 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.
