The size and layout of the apartment and the garden area
Some areas required a deep clean and maintenance - bathroom shower and kitchen - leaking tap, well worn sink and a cooker hood with strands of dust hanging out over the hob

Modern apartment with all the facilities needed. Really nice terrace. A couple of minor issues arose during our stay but Tanya dealt with them rapidly and efficiently. Excellent contact prior to arrival.

The apartment had everything we needed. Clean, great location and the little outdoor courtyard was lovely.

Smartly presented
The managing agents had arranged at two days notice for builders to come and spend all of our first day working on the air conditioning
We did not need this work to be done
It was very noisy work so we had to go out for the day
That day was my wife’s birthday and we had arranged for our visit from England as a birthday treat
Despite an offer of compensation we were disappointed that the treat had been ruined
